冷却塔实施进风导流和防冻挡风一体化技术改造分析

摘要:

电厂冷却塔优良的热力性能是保证汽轮发电机组具有较高效率、安全运行及满负荷发电的前提条件。论述了自然风对冷却塔冷却效果的影响。通过某电厂实例分析了冷却塔实施进风导流和防冻挡风一体化技术改造的节能效益和防冻效益,认为该技术能有效改善冷却塔的热力性能,投资较低,投资回收期较短,经济效益显著。

Abstract:

The excellent thermo performance of the cooling tower is considered as the precondition for efficient, safe and full-load operation of the turbine. In this paper, the cooling performance due to the effect of natural wind is discussed.The benefit originates from the integration technology between air inlet diversion and frost proofing is analyzed combining with a real case. It is found that the integration technology effectively improves the thermo performance of the cooling tower, the economical performance of the unit and the reduction of pollutant emissions.
