剪力对钢管塔K节点局部承载力的影响研究
The steel tubular tower K joint’s local bearing capacity investigation which worked under the different shear.
钢管塔采用K型节点连接时,支管的水平分力所形成的力偶会引起主管局部屈曲。通过建立钢管塔K型节点有限元计算模型,计算分析了不同单臂长度对无加强环板、1/4 环形加强板、1/2 环形加强板和全圆环形加强板情况下的K型节点局部极限承载力的影响,并对部分K型节点模型进行了承载力试验。结果表明:剪力越大,K型节点局部承载力越低,剪力对K型节点局部承载力影响越明显;无加强环板的极限承载力很小,其剪力小,对主管的局部屈曲影响小;环形加强板单极限承载力大,其剪力大,对主管的局部屈曲影响大。
Abstract: By analyzing the impaction of the different arm length on non-enhancing ring plate, 1 / 4 ring stiffener, 1 / 2 ring and ring stiffeners’ bearing capacity and compared with the experimental data. We can draw the conclusion that the shear can reduce the bearing capacity. The bearing capacity of non-enhancing is low, so the shear has the little influence on it. Whereas ring stiffener’s bearing capacity is large, the shear has more influence on it than non-enhancing ring plate.
