目前，电网工程建设过程中环保工作存在的一些问题逐渐凸现，如前期线路走廊的环境压力越来越大、电网规划缺少环评环节、设计过程环保工作不到位、主体工程设计中环保和水保措施不落实等，不同程度地影响了电网工程建设。通过剖析电网工程环保规划设计工作存在的问题及其存在的原因，提出了开展电网规划环评、开展电网工程环保和水保专项设计、建立环保和水保设计审查机制等对策建议。

Some problems in environmental protection appears in construction of power grid, such as the increasing environmental protection pressure in power grid corridor planning, ignorance of environmental assessment in power grid planning, poor environmental protection work in power grid design, and the environmental protection and water-soil conservation measures unfulfilled in design of the main project, which has impeded the power grid construction to various degrees. An analysis is made on above problems and their causes, and some countermeasures are also proposed such as dedicated power grid environmental protection design, developed environmental protection and water-soil conservation design for power engineering, and establishment of environmental protection and water-soil conservation design review mechanism and others.
