Discussion of hide failure in relay protection system
继电保护隐含故障具有隐蔽性和危害性的特点,解决它不仅需要技术手段,还需要重视管理手段。首先根据隐含故障的产生根源对其进行分类,分为软件、硬件和定值三类隐含故障,然后从技术和管理两个方面综合探索各类隐含故障的产生原因以及减少或消除隐含故障发生的措施。最后分析未来电网发展,包括数字化变电站、广域保护以及分布式发电对隐含故障的影响,认为这种稳定的分类方法能适应电网发展,从技术和管理两个方面共同探索减少或消除各类隐含故障是全面有效的。
Because of hidden and harmful feature, it is very difficult to solve the question of hide failure in protective relaying, it needs not only technology means but also management means. In this paper, hide failure is classified as software, hardware and relay setting according to origins of failure, then reasons and measures of avoiding or decreasing hide failure are discussed for each kind of origins from two aspects of technology and administration. The paper analyses the influence of development of future power system on hide failure of protective relaying, including digital transformer substation, wide-area protection and distributed generation. Research shows that the mentioned classified method is steady, which has adapted well to development of power system, and it is useful and all-around to avoid or decrease hide failure from two aspects of technology and administration.
