摘要

目前,配电网结构日益复杂导致传统馈线速断电流保护的保护范围大大缩小, 无法实现全线速动。结合配网自动化的实施,提出了一种10 kV 馈线快速保护的方案,基于光纤通信,对馈线终端单元和保护动作逻辑提出了具体要求,提出了一种简单实用的故障判据,能够在变电站10 kV馈线出口断路器保护动作之前实现故障的定位、隔离,然后由主站完成故障的修复和恢复送电工作,可有效解决低压配电系统上下级保护定值不易配合的问题,并能提高供电可靠性。

Abstract

At present, the extent of the traditional line current protection is reduced by the complex distribution network structure; it is unable to realize the fast protection on the entire line. The article proposes a fast protection scheme of 10kV feeder line with the implementation of Distribution Automation (DA), based on the fiber optic communications, proposing the specific request to Feeder Terminal Unit (FTU) and protection logic. The simple and practical criterion is specified in the paper. It can realize the fault localization and fault isolation firstly, and then the master station will complete the repairing and resuming of the power transmission work. It is effective to solve the questions about the coordination between upper and lower layer protection, it can also enhance the power supply reliability.
