摘要

ABB滤油机在绝缘油处理过程中,为了防止分离器和冷凝器中的绝缘油溢出损坏真空泵,当达到极限油位时必须及时停机并加以清除,然后才能再次投入使用,这在一定程度上影响了绝缘油处理的效率。针对这一问题,对ABB滤油机进行了改进,在分离器和冷凝器下方加装小型泄油器,在分离器和冷凝器油位达到极限位置时通过泄油器及时排出,从而保证了滤油机工作的连续性,很好地解决了上述问题。通过1 000 kV南阳开关站高抗绝缘油滤油的实践检验,证明提出的ABB滤油机改进方法是可行的。

Abstract

In order to avoid the insulating oil overflowing from the segregator and condensator and damaging the vacuum pump,the ABB vacuum oil filter must be closed and the overflowed oil cleared when reaching to the highest point.Then the machine is re-started and put into work.It is bound to affect the efficiency of the oil disposal.Aiming at the problem,the ABB vacuum oil filter is improved by assembling a small drainage equipment below the segregator and condensator.When the oil is overflowed,it is discharged from the segregator and condensator by the drainage equipment,guaranteeing the vacuum oil filter working uninterruptedly.The feasibility and higher efficiency of the improvement is proved by the practice in Nanyang UHV switching station.
