In the paper,the design of the temporary flushing pipes for 1 000 MW ultra super-critical unit boiler in Huaneng Shantou Haimen Power Plant is introduced.The impact factors considered for the design,such as thermal stress,performance compensation and thermal expansion etc.,are discussed,providing reference for similar design of coal or gas fired units.
