摘要

智能用电作为坚强智能电网的重要组成部分,直接面向社会和客户,是社会各界感知和体验智能电网建设成果的重要载体。从用户角度出发,从双向互动服务、用户侧分布式能源的智能化管理、电动汽车及储能装置的智能化管理三个方面分析智能电网对用户的影响体系及影响。阐述发展智能电网能够满足用户对用电多样、多元的需求,降低用电成本,有效提高电网的利用效率,提高客户服务水平,同时促进分布式能源、电动汽车及储能装置的发展,提高电能占终端能源的比重,大幅削减碳排放。

Abstract

As an important component of strong smart grid,smart power utilization is direct to society and customer.It is an important carrier for the community perceiving and experiencing the achievements of power grid construction.From the user perspective of view,the influence of smart grid on users and the impact system are analyzed based on the two-way interactive services,the intelligent management of distributed energy resource located in the user side,and the intelligent management of electric vehicles and energy storing devices.It is shown that smart grid can meet multiple and diverse needs of user power utilization,reduce electricity costs,improve the utilization efficiency of the power grid effectively,improve customer service levels,promote the development of distributed energy resource,electric vehicles and energy storing devices,increase the proportion of power in terminal energy,and reduce carbon emissions substantially.
