摘要

在现代智能电网技术框架下,电压暂降监测装置的最优布点是电能质量监测终端研究中的重要方向。基于监测装置位置向量及其监测区域矩阵,对监测装置的安装位置与监测范围进行描述;考虑监测装置布点的具体要求,构建其最优布点数学模型,提出与模型相适应的0-1整数规划方法;以IEEE-30电网为例,对全网电压暂降监测装置的布点进行优化,分析了所提方法的正确性及有效性。

Abstract

In the framework of the modern smart grid technologies,the optimal distribution of voltage sag monitoring device is an important research field in the study of power quality monitoring terminal.The installation location and monitoring scope of the monitoring device are described respectively based on the position vector and monitoring area matrix of monitoring device.The mathematical model of the optimal distribution of monitoring device is constructed by considering the specific requirements for distribution of monitoring device,and a 0-1 integer programming is proposed corresponding to the optimal model.Finally,the proposed method is applied to an IEEE-30 network to determine the optimal distribution of voltage sag monitoring device in the whole network,of which the correctness and validity is further analyzed.
