摘要

探讨了梯级水电站的补偿问题,建立了多发电主体下梯级水电站发电效益分配模型。该模型提出以流域总的多发电量为基础,确定梯级各电站对系统的补偿权重,根据补偿权重来对多发电量和多发效益进行重新分配,使得流域不同发电主体的电站将发电目标从价格竞争集中到提高流域总体效益上来,梯级发电效益接近最大化。同时还探讨了对补偿后电站的时数补偿问题,从而使补偿功能更趋合理。

Abstract

The compensation of cascade hydropower stations is discussed.The allocation model of power generation benefit in cascade hydropower stations is proposed under multiple power generation subjects.The compensation weights of each hydropower station are confirmed based on total generating capacity.According to the weighting coefficient,the increased power output and increased benefits of each station are re-allocated.As a result,the benefits of hydropower stations will be optimized because each station changes its goal from price competition to whole benefits improvement.Furthermore,time compensation is also discussed in order to make reasonable compensation.
