摘要

介绍了华能玉环电厂1 000 MW机组高压加热器(简称高加)水位测量的基本原理和测量表计间偏差问题的查找方法;分析了机组高加磁性翻板式水位计和差压式水位计2种类型表计测量偏差产生的原因,指出了水位测量在测量筒体、安装、维护等方面存在的问题;探讨了高加水位测量通过红外线点温计和红外成像仪测量水位筒体表面温度梯度、辅助判断水位测量位置的新方法,提出了该机组高加水位测量偏差问题的处理建议,为火电机组高加水位测量系统安装、检修、运行和维护提供参考。

Abstract

The basic principle of measuring water level of high-pressure(HP) heater and the method for finding measurment deviation of different instruments are introduced in 1 000 MW units of Huaneng Yuhuan Power Plant.The reasons of why the measurement deviation occuring of the magnetic-flap and pressure-difference water-level meter are analyzed.Furthermore,the problems of water-level measurement existed in barrel,installation and maintainance are pointed out.A new method for assistant determination of water-level measuring locations is presented,where the temperature gradient of barrel surface is measured by infrared thermometer and thermal mapper.The suggestions for treating measured deviation of the water level are discussed,providing references to the installation,trouble shooting,operation and maintenance of water-level measurement of HP heater in power plants.
