摘要

基于对潮州发电厂3号机组内冷水系统在运行中出现问题的分析,提出了1 000 MW机组内冷水系统运行优化的建议,包括:确保系统的严密性;在正常运行中,补充水应采用高速混床出口凝结水;除取样外,应关闭手工取样门,减少水耗,维持系统的稳定。

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the problems occurring in the operation of cooling water system in the No.3 units of Chaozhou Power Plant.The suggestions to optimize the system are proposed,including keeping the system rigorous,adopting the condensation water of high speed mixed bed outlet as supplement water during normal operation,and shutting down the sampling gate except for sampling in order to reduce water consumption and maintain the system stability.
