CO2气体保护焊在烟风道焊接中的应用

Application of CO2 Shielded Arc Welding Technology on Smoke Duct Welding

摘要:

中国电力投资集团四川福溪电厂2×600 MW 1号机组工程烟风道结构复杂,钢板较薄,须采用CO2气体保护焊进行焊接。介绍了CO2气体保护焊焊接方法的特点,以及采取的工艺措施,并对其与传统手工焊接进行了简单技术经济分析。结果表明,采用CO2气体保护焊进行焊接,能有效提高焊接质量,节约成本。

Abstract:

Due to the complication of the smoke duct welding of the No.1 unit in China Power Investment Corporation, Sichuan Fuxi Power Plant, the CO2 shielded arc welding technology is used. This paper introduce the feature and measurement of CO2 shielded arc welding technology. The techno-economic analysis is conducted comparing with traditional hand welding technology. The results show that CO2 shielded arc welding technology improves welding quality, and saves costs.
