介绍了东方汽轮机厂引进法国Alstom技术生产的HD1080A型核电半转速汽轮机结构特点；据此提出了该型汽轮机的安装工艺及工序；重点论述了高、中、低压缸径向通流间隙调整，转子找中心，隔振器释放等关键安装技术。此安装经验可供同类工程建设参考。

This paper introduced the structure characteristics of HD1080A half-speed steam turbine that was produced by DFSTW using the French Alstom technology, and studied the installation technology and procedure of the turbine, especially the key technologies of the adjustment for radial through-flow gap in high, intermediate and low pressure cylinder, the rotor center finding and the vibration isolator release. The Installation experience could be a reference for similar projects.
