Circulating Pump Configuration of 1 000 MW Thermal Power Unit Based on Monthly Operation Optimization
合理配置循环水泵和优化运行方式是电厂循环水系统设计中的关键技术和节能降耗的重要步骤。提出在循环水泵配置选型阶段就考虑循环水系统按厂址气象条件、负荷变化的多工况优化运行,以达到初始投资和运行经济性的综合最优,结合某1 000 MW火电机组工程实例,基于逐月运行节能优化结果,对多种循环水泵配置方式进行了技术经济比较,提出了推荐方案。
The reasonable selection of circulating pump configuration and the optimization of operation mode are the key technology of circulation water system in thermal power unit, and the important step of energy saving and consumption reduction. This paper suggested that the optimal operation with multiple load cases of meteorological conditions and load change should be considered at the election stage of circulating pump configuration, in order to achieve the comprehensive optimization of initial investment and operation economy. Taking a 1 000 MW thermal power unit for example, the technical economy was compared between various configuration modes of circulating pumps, and proposed a recommended scheme, based on the optimization results of energy saving in monthly operation.
