摘要

风振系数是冷却塔结构抗风设计的关键参数之一,目前国内冷却塔结构设计规范给出的风振系数仅与地面粗糙度有关,而忽略了与之密切相关的结构自身动力特性的影响。本文针对三座体型比例相近而塔高不同的双曲线冷却塔,采用考虑背景、共振以及背景和共振分量之间交叉项的风致响应计算方法(一致耦合方法,Consistent Coupling Method-CCM),分别考察了各自的风振系数数值及其分布特征,对比研究结果表明:冷却塔的塔高对其结构的风致动力响应影响明显,不同高度的冷却塔采用相同风振系数的通常做法值得商榷。本文结论可为冷却塔的结构设计和抗风安全性研究提供参考。

Abstract

Wind vibration coefficient is one of the key factors for wind-resistant design of cooling tower, at present, the wind vibration coefficients given by Chinese cooling tower design codes are only associated with terrain roughness, but ignoring the effect of structure dynamic characteristics which are closely related with them. This paper use Consistent Coupling Method-CCM to get the values and distributions of wind vibration coefficients of three different hyperbolic cooling towers with similar shape ratio but different heights, the results shows that: the wind-induced response of cooling towers are closely associated with their heights, and the usual correspondence of Unified value to different cooling towers with different heights is worth deliberate. This conclusion may provide some performances to structure design and research on wind-resistant reliability of cooling tower.
