摘要

汽轮发电机安装过程中,如何控制汽轮机轴振动是安装工程的关键。通过设备出厂质量控制、基础二次灌浆控制、轴瓦与瓦枕接触控制、动静间隙控制、转子找中心控制、旋转部件现场质量控制、靠背轮连接前后晃度变化控制、汽机岛与周围建筑隔离控制等,提出了汽轮机振动控制策略,使机组一次冲转成功并且各个轴瓦振动均达到优良水平。

Abstract

In the assembly of steam turboset, the vibration control of turbine shaft is the key problem of installation. In this paper, the vibration control strategy of turbine is proposed by outgoing quality control, base grouting control, contact control between bearing and its pillow, gap control between the dynamic and static parts of turbine, rotor alignment control, field quality control of rotating parts, flutter variation control before and after coupling connection, isolation control of turbine island site with architecture around, and etc. As a result, the turboset is successfully started at one time and the bearing vibration is on good level.
