摘要

针对火电厂现场总线电气控制系统(fieldbus electric control system,FECS)的需求和特点,结合CSC-831低压测控保护装置,介绍了一种基于ARM微处理器实现DP-V1协议的Profibus-DP从站的软硬件设计。通过搭建典型FECS子系统,以组网试验方式验证了所开发的Profibus-DP的通信性能,分析了FECS合适的通信速率及应用相关问题。采用自主开发的Profibus现场总线主、从站,与装置的应用功能一体化,在性价比和EMC方面更具有优势。

Abstract

According to the requirement and features of fieldbus electric control system (FECS) in power station, an ARM based Profibus-DP V1 slave station is investigated with CSC-831 function of low voltage measurement and control. The typical sub-system of FECS is built and the communication capacity is tested by networking test. The acceptable communication speed for FECS and some applicable problems are discussed as well. Both the main station and the salve station which are designed independently have the lower price and better EMC performance than other special profibus devices.
