给水AVT(O)处理方式在600 MW 超临界直流炉机组中的应用

为解决高沉积率引起运行恶化问题,河南某600 MW超临界直流炉机组给水处理由还原性全挥发处理(all volatile treatment(reduction),AVT(R))改为氧化性全挥发处理(all volatile treatment (oxidation),AVT(O))方式,省煤器入口铁含量明显降低,给水泵和汽轮机调节级压差无明显升高,提高了机组的安全运行水平。分析了各种给水处理方式的特点和选择思路,探讨了基于AVT(O)方式的工况控制和铁含量测定方法。高沉积率超临界直流炉机组给水处理在不具备加氧处理(oxygenated treatment,OT)条件时,可考虑采用AVT(O)替代AVT(R)方式。
The all volatile treatment (oxidation)(AVT(O)) instead of all volatile treatment(reduction) (AVT(R)) has been applied to 600 MW once-through supercritical units with high deposition rate, where the iron content decreases at the economizer inlet, no obvious increase of pressure drops is found at the feedwater pumps and control stage of turbines, and the safe operation of the units is improved. The selection and characteristics of the feed water treatments are analyzed. In addition, the control conditions and iron content determination methods are discussed based on AVT(O) method. It is concluded that AVT(O) can be applied instead of AVT(R) for supercritical once-through units with high deposition rate when oxygenated treatment(OT) is not qualified.
