摘要

针对超超临界机组锅炉投入商业运行后出现焊口开裂、受热面爆管、氧化皮堆积堵管等问题,比较了不同厂家锅炉的热负荷及用材,分析了T23、T/P92、SUP304H、HR3C等新型耐热钢材早期失效及氧化皮剥落的原因、机理,并提出预防措施,对超超临界机组锅炉的制造、安装及运行有借鉴作用。

Abstract

After ultra supercritical(USC) boiler unit is put into commercial operation, some problems often occur including welded joint fracture, heating surface explosion, oxide coating tube-blockage and so on. By comparing the heat load and corresponding materials of various boilers, the early failure and oxide coating exfoliation are analyzed of new type of heat-resistant steels such as T23, T/P92, SUP304H, HR3C, etc. In addition, the countermeasures are proposed, providing references for improving the safety and reliability in manufacture, installation and operation of the USC boilers.
