超临界机组锅炉过热器安全阀工程应用中存在的问题
Discussion on Engineering Application of Safety Valve in Supercritical Boiler Superheater
目前国内超临界锅炉制造技术中大量吸收、消化了ASME标准的部分规定和技术要求,而ASME标准中对没有固定汽水分界线的锅炉装设安全阀采用了可以变通的规定,这些变通规定与安全阀的相关国家标准、行业规定有很大的差异,甚至相悖。为此,针对目前超临界机组锅炉过热器安全阀存在的问题,通过对比国家标准、行业标准与ASME标准,对安全阀整定压力、启闭差压、现场试验、容量配置、位置设定等进行了分析,说明国家标准、行业标准有关安全阀部分的规定已经不能满足实际工程需要,应予以完善,使它们能更有效地指导工程应用。
At present, a large amount of regulations and technical requirements of ASME standards are applied in the domestic supercritical boiler manufacturing technology. However, some flexible provisions in ASME standards are adopted for installing safety valve to the boiler without fixed soda division, which conflicts with the GB and industry regulations of safety valve. In view of engineering application problems of safety valve in supercritical boiler superheater, the set pressure, blowdown of a safety valve, field test, capacity allocation, position setting of safety valve are analyzed by comparing the national standards, industrial standards and ASME standards. It is shown that the regulations of safety valves in GB and industrial standards are unable to meet the need of practical engineering, and should be improved for effectively guiding the engineering application.
