摘要

火力发电厂锅炉蒸汽吹灰系统越来越多地采用分散控制系统 (distribution control system,DCS),其控制逻辑一般由传统的DCS顺控模块构建,传统控制方式存在很多弊端,为此介绍一种全新的序列化编码顺控控制方式,该方式具有结构清晰明确、维护简单、使用方便等优点。通过在某1 000 MW超超临界机组锅炉蒸汽吹灰控制系统中的实际使用,表明序列化顺序控制方式可满足各项工艺要求,可推广应用于各种同类控制领域。

Abstract

The steam blowing system of thermal power plants is controlled by DCS(distributed control system), of which the control logic is constructed by traditional sequence control module of DCS. However, the traditional control mode has many disadvantages. Therefore, a new serialization code sequence control(SCSC) mode is introduced, which is clear in structure, simple in maintenance and convenient in use. By the application in a 1 000 MW ultra supercritical unit, it is proved that the SCSC mode is suitable for many control objects, and can be used in many fields.
