设计了一套适用于电厂的继电保护及故障信息管理系统，并应用于实际工程中。该系统根据电厂继电保护的特点与需求，实时采集继电保护装置的数据并进行快速准确地归类与诊断，为电厂的安全、经济运行提供了有效解决方案。该系统的实施不仅大大提升了继电保护系统的智能化水平，还提高了电厂系统运行的安全性和可靠性。实际的使用效果证明了其有效性。

In this paper, a relay protection and fault information management system for power plant is designed. Aiming at the features of relay protection in power plant, the data of relay protection are collected in real time, classified and diagnosed rapidly and accurately, providing effective means for safe and economic operation of power plant. The system not only promotes the intelligent level of relay protection system, but also improves the safety and reliability of power plant, of which the effectiveness is proved by practical application.
