河南省火电机组烟气排放连续监测系统运行分析
Operation Analysis of Continuous Emission Monitoring System for Flue Gas in Thermal Power Generating Unit of Henan Province
烟气连续监测系统(continous ernisson monitoring system,CEMS) 的安装与运行不仅为火电厂排放的大气污染物浓度及污染物总量提供了有效的监测手段,也有利于电厂的安全运行与管理。通过对河南省部分火电机组安装的107套烟气排放连续监测系统进行的计量校准工作,分析并总结了各校准项目的准确度合格率以及CEMS系统运行中普遍存在的问题,并提出相应的建议。
The installation and operation of continuous emission monitoring system(CEMS) for flue gas provide effective means for understanding concentration and amount of pollutant discharged, and are good for safety operation and management in thermal power plant. According to the calibration of 107 sets of CEMS for flue gas in thermal power plants of Henan Province, the qualified rate of accuracy for each calibration project and common problems existed in the operation of CEMS are analyzed and summarized, and the corresponding suggestions are proposed.
