基于牵引场外延的黑岩子长江大跨越张力放线和引绳展放方式

摘要:

根据黑岩子长江大跨越的地形情况,合理设置张力场及牵引场,采取2种方式展放□15 mm防扭钢丝绳横跨长江。引绳展放采取了区别于常规大跨越施工的方式,各级引绳根据需要在耐张跨越塔处灵活转接绳头,并在张力场和牵引场之间的放线滑车内往复循环展放,避免了引绳在张力场及牵引场间转运,提高了施工效率。

Abstract:

According to the topographical condition of Yangtze River large-crossing at Heiyanzi, two tension stringing styles of anti-twisting steel wire ropes with □15mm are adopted to cross Yangzi River by reasonably arranging tension field and pulling field. Pulling ropes are connected flexibly at strain tower according to the demands, and loop string of ropes in pulley wheels is applied to reduce transportation between tension field and pulling field, which are different from traditional ways and could raise working efficiency.
