摘要

针对1 000 MW机组锅炉本体受热面经常发生爆管、泄漏的问题, 以河南新密电厂二期工程为例,分析了塔式锅炉安装标高的偏差对受热面安装质量的影响。基于锅炉本体安装特点及产生安装标高偏差的原因,提出了控制受热面安装标高的措施。通过实际工程的应用,证明该措施具有良好的实用效果。

Abstract

Pipe explosion and leakage often occur in the heating surfaces of boiler in 1 000 MW unit. Taking the second phase project of Xinmi power plant in Henan as an example, the dependence of installation elevation error of the tower boiler on the installation quality of heating surface is analyzed. Based on the characteristics of boiler installation and the reasons resulting in elevation error, control measures of the installation elevation of the heating surface are proposed, which is proved well by practical application.
