在智能电网的背景下，分析了配电网信息流及智能配电网信息支持技术，基于多代理理论，依托Web Services网络技术结构，统一了配电网信息系统的层次结构，整合了配电网中的各个子系统资源，构建了多中心智能配电网信息系统框架，并对各中心功能进行了介绍，为智能配电网信息系统建设提供了可操作的方案。

Based on smart grid, the information flow of distribution network and the intelligent information technology are analysed. Based on the multi-agent, information hierarchies of distribution network are unified and various sub-resources of distribution network are integrated relying on the network technical architecture of Web Services. The architecture of a multi-centre information system of distribution network is established and the functions of the centres are introduced. The intelligent information system provides a workable solution to the building of distribution network.
