火电厂输煤系统滚轴筛和碎煤机布置方案

Layout Scheme of Roller Screen and Coal Breaker in Coal Handling System of Thermal Power Plant

摘要:

碎煤机室是火力发电厂输煤系统体积最大、结构最复杂的转运站,也是电厂输煤系统设计和布置的难点之一。滚轴筛和碎煤机的布置方式决定了碎煤机室的结构设计,一旦设备的布置方式选择不合理,就会造成空间的浪费和投资成本的增加。从碎煤机室建筑面积、层高设计以及投资成本等方面,对滚轴筛和碎煤机平行布置和错位布置进行了比较,得出错位布置方式是火电厂输煤系统碎煤机室的最佳布置方案。

Abstract:

Coal breaker room, the largest and most complicated transfer station, is the difficulty for the design and layout of coal handling system in thermal power plant. However, the layout schemes of roller screen and coal breaker are the key point in designing the structure of coal breaker room, for avoiding the waste of space and increase of investment costs. According to the building area, storey height design and investment costs of coal breaker room, the parallel and stagger layout of roller screen and coal breaker are compared. It is found that the stagger layout is optimal.
