A335P92钢热压成形工艺试验研究

Experimental Research on Hot Forming Process of A335P92 Steel

摘要:

分析了A335P92钢热压成形管件的变形特点,据此制订A335P92钢热压成形工艺方案。试验及对实际产品的检验表明该工艺是可行的。通过试验研究得出如下结论:A335P92钢热压成形的加热温度为950~1 100 ℃,保温时间为1~2 h;在温度650~1 100 ℃时热压成形不会产生裂纹等缺陷;热压成形后可以自由冷却,即使水淬也不会产生裂纹。

Abstract:

Based on analyzing the deformation characteristics of hot forming pipe fittings with A335P92 steel, the hot forming process of A335P92 steel is proposed, which is proved to be feasible by tests and inspection of products. It is shown for the hot forming process of A335P92 steel by tests that the heating temperature is 950~1 100 ℃, the heating preservation time is 1~2 h. In addition, some defects such as flaws will not occur after hot forming between 650 ℃ and 1 100 ℃ even though by water quench, and free cooling is permitted.
