GPS精密单点定位在电力工程测量中的应用

Application of Precise Point Positioning of GPS in Electric Power Engineering Measurement

摘要:

在电力工程建设初期,快速准确建立与国家坐标系统相一致的测区控制系统是电力工程测量的首要工作。为此,介绍一种全新的定位方式——全球定位系统(global positioning system,GPS)精密单点定位方式,分析该方式的定位原理,与其他定位方式进行了技经比较,试验分析其可靠性,提出具体工程应用方法。GPS精密单点定位具有传统单点定位的灵活性和相对定位的高精度特点,可以轻松解决电力工程测量中的首级控制起算坐标问题,从而避免了寻找国家等级控制点的高强度工作,尤其在灾后重建等特殊情况下更能体现其优势。

Abstract:

At the initial stage of electric power engineering construction, quick and accurate establishment of measurement area control system matching with national coordinate system is the chief task of electric power engineering measurement. The advanced precise point positioning(PPP) of global positioning system(GPS) is proposed, of which the positioning principles are analyzed. The technical and economic comparisons are carried out with other positioning methods. The reliability of PPP is proved by test analysis and the application method is presented. It is shown that PPP has the advantages of flexibility of traditional point positioning method and high precision of relative positioning one. In addition, it can easily solve the initial coordinate problem of first stage control in electric power engineering measurement. Thus, the hard work to find national level control points can be avoided. Particularly under such special conditions of post-disaster reconstruction, the advantage of PPP is prominent.
