电力工程实行监理制，对施工质量和施工过程的安全性要求很高，需要针对工程进度、工程成本、工程质量、设备和人员安全进行有效控制，以实现项目目标。同时，为更好实现工程项目涉及的业主、承包商、监理单位等经济主体的最大利益，减少因信息不对称和利益冲突造成的资源损耗，运用博弈论的分析框架，对电力工程施工阶段监理活动进行研究，提出提高监理效率的对策。

Supervision is carried out in power project construction, which has imposed high security requirements to construction quality and construction process. In order to realize the project goals, the project schedule, cost, quality, as well as the security of equipment and personnel should be in effective control. Meanwhile, for the aim of achieving the maximum benefits of economic body such as the involving owner, the contractors, the supervision company, and reducing the resources consumption caused by information asymmetry and interest conflict, power project supervision in construction stage is studied and countermeasures for improving supervision efficiency are put forward, based on the analysis framework of game theory.
