Hierarchical Control of Offshore Oil and Gas Platform Energy System Considering the Integration of Offshore Wind Power

Hierarchical Control of Offshore Oil and Gas Platform Energy System Considering the Integration of Offshore Wind Power
To support the integration of intermittent offshore wind power, a hierarchical control method based on the coordination of turbine generators and energy storage was developed for power grids of offshore oil and gas platforms. First, the multi-energy coupling characteristics and structures of offshore oil and gas platform energy systems were analyzed. Subsequently, a hierarchical control strategy was devised based on day-ahead scheduling and intraday horizon dispatch to smooth uncertainties at hourly level. Furthermore, a saturated filter-based power dispatch strategy was developed to coordinate turbine generators and energy storage to smooth the uncertainties at minute and second levels. Finally, the proposed strategy was tested using data from a real offshore oil and gas platform energy system. The results show that the proposed strategy can reduce the operating cost while supporting the integration of wind power.

在“双碳”目标下,实现多能互补利用的综合能源系统规划研究势在必行,而装卸、配置灵活的用户侧综合能源舱成为了新兴的重要研究对象。构建了引入多元混合储能、碳捕集装置的两阶段综合能源舱规划模型,达到了舱内多能灵活互补、碳排放回收利用的效果。为处理能源舱规划环节中的风电、光伏新能源出力和用户负荷不确定性问题,提出了基于极端场景椭球集的数据驱动鲁棒优化方法,对不确定变量间的相关性进行精确描述,改善了传统鲁棒优化结果过于保守的问题,并通过相较传统分布鲁棒概率计算方法而言更简便的椭球端点提取方法以得到极端场景。利用椭球极端场景优势,改进了列与约束生成法(column and constraint generation method,CCG)求解方法的步骤,避免了复杂子问题对偶处理。最后通过算例仿真,与传统区间不确定集鲁棒优化方法进行对比,证明所提规划方法在降低经济成本与节能低碳方面的优越性。
Under the dual carbon target, it is imperative to develop integrated energy system planning and research, and the flexible loading, unloading and configuration of the user-side integrated energy module is one of the emerging research objects. In this paper, a two-stage integrated energy planning model is established with the introduction of multiple hybrid energy storages and carbon capture devices, which achieves the complementary use of energy and carbon emission recovery and utilization in the system. To deal with new energy output such as photovoltaic and wind power, and user load uncertainty, extreme scenario is proposed. According to ellipsoid set data driven method of robust optimization in uncertainty, the paper accurately describes the correlation between variables and improves the conservation of traditional robust optimization result. Compared with the traditional method with mass probability calculation, a simpler ellipsoid endpoint extraction method is used to obtain extreme scenes. In this paper, the steps of column and constraint generation (CCG) solution are improved by using the advantage of ellipsoidal extreme scenarios to avoid the complicated duality processing of sub-problems. Finally, by example simulation and comparison with the traditional interval uncertain set robust optimization method, it is proved that method proposed in this paper has advantages in reducing economic cost, energy saving and reducing carbon emissions. |

针对海上风力发电多微网源荷功率不确定性大、经济效益低的问题,提出考虑源荷不确定性的海上风力发电多微网两阶段优化调度方法,以提升海上风力发电多微网的日运行收益.所提两阶段优化调度方法包括日前和时前两个阶段.在日前阶段,所提方法基于风力发电出力和负荷需求预测数据,考虑预测误差的分布特征,建立随机优化模型,制定燃油发电机组组合计划和电池储能荷电状态值,从而最大化日运行收益的期望值.在日前优化的基础上,依托时前风力发电出力和负荷需求的预测数据,建立确定性优化模型,通过调节燃油发电机组出力、风力发电出力和电池储能充放电功率,最大化每小时的运行收益.以实际工程中的海上风力发电多微网源荷预测数据为基础,建立仿真模型,对所提方法进行验证.仿真结果表明,与传统调度方法相比,所提两阶段优化调度方法可以提高运行收益和风力发电资源整体消纳率.

随着可再生能源发电的占比不断提高,现代电力系统存在转动惯量不断降低,频率特性以及功率传输不稳定的现象。文章分析了可再生能源接入对传统电网频率、功率的动稳态特性影响,明确了可再生能源需要参与系统调频。同时考虑到传统机组与可再生能源出力的协调性,以及系统频率特性的性能,分析了3种可再生能源参与系统调频的方式,对比了在负荷阶跃下对频率以及功率特性的影响,提出了传统机组与可再生能源出力协调性调频方案。基于RTDS的硬件仿真实验表明,所提调频方案保证了系统频率响应的动稳态特性,并且解决了同步发电机与可再生能源功率相互协调的问题。
As the proportion of renewable energy power generation continues to increase, the inertia of modern power system continues to decrease, and the frequency characteristics and power transmission appear unstable. This paper analyzes the influence of renewable energy access on the dynamic and steady-state characteristics of traditional power grid frequency and power, and clarifies that renewable energy needs to participate in system frequency regulation. Considering the coordination of the output of traditional synchronous generators and renewable energy, and the performance of the system frequency characteristics, three ways of renewable energy participating in the system frequency regulation are analyzed, and the influences on the frequency and power characteristics under load step are compared. A coordinated frequency regulation scheme for the output of traditional units and renewable energy is proposed. The hardware simulation experiment based on RTDS shows that the frequency regulation scheme proposed in this paper ensures the dynamic and steady-state characteristics of the frequency response of the system, and solves the problem of coordination between the synchronous generator and the renewable energy power. |
