Submission Instruction

1.    It is recommended to prepare manuscript according to the Manuscript Template, and the length should not exceed 10 pages in principle.

2.    The submitter should confirm the author ranking and manuscript content with other authors, and there is no confidential or intellectual property issue involved. Please provide telephone number, E-mail, professional title, degree, affiliation and other details of all authors when submitting, and the submitter should provide his/her ID card number.

3.    Title, author names, abstract, and keywords must correspond in both Chinese and English. 3-8 keywords should be included with an abstract of 300-400 Chinese characters. Abstract is written in third-person perspective, which should be an independent short article that contains main information of the manuscript. It generally includes four elements: objective, methods, results, and conclusion. The English abstract shall describe the work completed in past tense and the conclusion in present tense.

4.    The capitalization, superscripts, and subscripts of characters (numbers, Greek letters, English letters, Roman letters) in the text and formulas must be clear. Letters representing vectors and matrices should be in bold. Text, variables, units, and numbers in figures and tables should be clear. Figures and tables should have titles in both Chinese and English, and physical quantities and their units should be indicated clearly. Citations shall be made clearly to avoid intellectual property disputes.

5.    Upon submission, please provide a description of the scientific research projects involved, relevant background information, and the main innovative points. If the manuscript belongs to a funding project or a major scientific research project at provincial or ministerial level, please provide the project number, name, start and end dates, and the person in charge. This journal will give priority to publishing those manuscripts.

6.    Please visit www.cepc.com.cn to submit or check the status of your manuscript. In principle, submissions by E-mails or post are not acceptable. After receiving the manuscript, the editorial department generally provides the review comments within one month. During the review period of the manuscript, it is not allowed to submit the manuscript to another journal. If a revising notice is received from the editorial department, authors should make sure to return the revised draft within the required time, otherwise the submission may be rejected.

7.    Before printing, authors will be asked to conduct a final proofreading to avoid any mistakes that may occur during the processing of the manuscript, while ensuring that the authors assume full responsibility for the manuscript. Authors are not allowed to make significant changes to accepted manuscripts, especially in terms of funding and authorship. Otherwise, it will be regarded as a new submission, and the editorial department has right to pursue any losses incurred as a result.

8.    This journal adopts the Academic Misconduct Literature Check system developed by CNKI to conduct plagiarism detection, with a repetition rate usually not exceeding 10%. Once multiple submission is found, submission from all relevant authors will be rejected within 2 years.

9.    The full text article published in Electric Power Construction will be accessible on the journal’s website and included in special topic collections. The full text will also be included in China Academic Journal (CD version), Qikan China, and Wanfang Digital Journal Group (ChinaInfo). After publication, sample journals will be posted to authors and a one-off remuneration will be paid including fees for both print and online publishing. If authors disagree with online publishing of the manuscript, please make a statement upon submission.

10.  This journal doesn't charge any fees to authors.
