Optimal Design of Substation Layout Based on Noise Control

Abstract:

 

Nowadays, the influence of noise in substation on environment becomes more and more obvious, and has become an urgent environmental problem. Therefore, a method of noise control in planning stage of substation was proposed, in which the noise emission was reduced through the optimization of substation layout. First of all, the numerical model was built to predict the noise at substation boundary according to the planning and design scheme. Then, based on the prediction results and the noise emission standard, the substation layout was analyzed and its optimal design was proposed, in which the noise was reduced by changing the substation layout. Through the analysis of the optimization results, the reasonable layout of substation was suggested. The simulation analysis shows that this method plays significant effect on reducing substation noise, and has a certain application and development value.
