Taking Haiyang nuclear power plant as an example, the support types of 1 000 MW nuclear power turbine, the adjustable plate difference between nuclear power unit and thermal power unit, as well as the installation and quality control technique of turbine plate in nuclear power plant were discussed. The installation practice shows that the installation efficiency of base plate is improved and the installation period is reduced due to the adjustable function of adjustable plate. Whether the jacking plate and adjustable plate are installed and grouted at the same time or the adjustable plate is installed and grouted after the jacking plate, the good erection quality can be ensured with strict process management.
