Evaluation Index System on Grid Physical Assets

Abstract: An important issue facing power grid enterprises is how to standardize grid physical assets management, maintain its healthy and integrity, optimize its allocation, dynamically monitor its distribution and operating conditions, predict the investment scales of its operation, maintenance and technological transformation. According to the core issue of assets evaluation in asset management strategy, this paper built the evaluation index system for grid physical assets from four dimensions: scale structural analysis, health level analysis, efficiency utilization analysis and retirement analysis, combined with life cycle asset management theory and asset wall model, based on the characteristics of grid physical assets management. The research results can provide references for deepening life cycle asset management, predicting the risks of operation, maintenance and technological transformation, and realizing economic and reliable operation of grid.
