Electromagnetic Environment and Approaching Distance for UHVDC Lines and EHV AC Lines in Same Corridor

Abstract: The aim of study of the electromagnetic environment for UHVDC lines and EHV AC lines in the same corridor is to carry out the theory study, numerical calculation, analysis and induction, in order to obtain the minimum approaching distance and the width of corridor for parallel AC/DC transmission lines. The research results can provide the theoretical basis for project design, construction and operation, and can realize the reasonable matching between transmission lines and environmental protection or land resource.
