Abstract: High penetration of wind power integration increases the difficult of power system peak-shaving and regulation. A multiple resource dispatch model considering storage and demand response is established in order to improve the flexibility and economy of wind power accommodation. A state transferring model to describe operation situation during start-up and shut-down processes of thermal units is established by referring to state flow analysis method, and embedded in proposed multiple resource dispatch model. Case study indicates this research work is able to be applied to precisely set up dispatch instructions for deep peak regulation and start-up & shut-down regulation, and can be used to analyze the peak regulation benefits from storage and demand response resource. The proposed method is also a decision analysis tool for research on auxiliary service of multiple resource and compensation standard.
