Abstract:

Natural disasters and other irresistible external damages may cause the collapse of power grid. The research on the recovery process after full stop is beneficial to guarantee the safety and stable operation of system, which has great significance to improve the reliability of power supply. The black-start power point, the subsystem division, the initial mode and path of black-start, as well as the load recovery process were studied and determined in the black-start scheme of Jiangsu power grid, based on the black-start technology and scheduling regulations. On this basis, the power flow during black-start process was calculated, the transient stability was checked, and the feasibility of black-start scheme was verified based on BPA. The results show that the transient stability of Jiangsu power grid during the black-start process can meet the requirements to successfully restore power. The research results can provide references for the authorities to make the rules of dispatch operation, as well as supply the foundation for dispatching and operating personnel to deal with incidents.
