Research on Economic Evaluation Contents and Indices for Large Power Grid Construction

Abstract

Abstract: As the construction of large power grid is relevant to the optimized allocation of resources， the guarantee of social development and other comprehensive benefits， economic evaluation of power construction should not be limited to the investment economy， but should be expanded the contents and indices of economic evaluation. Through analyzing the problems of economic evaluation， the indices of interconnection benefits， social benefits and long-term benefits were suggested to be included in the economic evaluation system. The theoretical and practical basis were discussed for the extended evaluation system， as well as the calculation methods of extended evaluation indices and contents were proposed， which have been of great significance for establishing reasonable evaluation theory for power grid construction.
