 Application Analysis of Smart Glasses in Power Industry

Abstract:  Smart glasses are proposed in recent years, which is one of the most promising wearable smart devices. It has the features of hands-free, connecting with Internet at any time and dynamic visual analysis. This paper first lists smart glasses functions, compares the performance parameters among main products, and from application view proposes an evaluation framework and applies it to evaluate the technical parameters of main products. Then this paper describes the application scenarios of smart glasses in maintenance, warehouse management, training of power industry. Finally, this paper proposes the future development needs of smart glasses in power industry and some suggestions. Introducing smart glasses into the power industry can help improve work efficiency, reduce the cost of the enterprise, and ensure the safe and stable operation of power grid.
