 Key Technology of ±1 100 kV DC Pure SF6 Insulated Wall Bushing

Abstract:  ABSTRACT:  ±1 100 kV DC pure SF6 insulated wall bushing (hereinafter referred to as ±1 100 kV DC wall bushing) is the world's highest voltage level DC equipment, and also the key equipment in DC transmission system.  Based on the national Changji-Guquan ±1 100 kV UHVDC transmission project, taking ±1 100 kV DC bushing as the research object, this paper establishes the three-dimensional physical model of the bushing, carries out the optimal design from aspects of DC insulation material, electric field strength, mechanical strength and temperature field, and manufactures ±1 100 kV DC wall bushing prototype. The prototype successfully passes the complete type test, whose performance indexes all meet the requirements of the project. Through the development of the bushing, the key technology of the UHVDC SF6 wall bushing has been mastered, and it can be applied to other voltage grade products
