Prior to the operation of new electrical equipment, it is necessary to test the accuracy of secondary circuit using primary current. Test methods should be taken in accordance with different components. A series of test methods applying short-circuit current of generators, small current generators, applied voltage, capacitive current, load current, pickup current of large motor and inrush current of transformers were analyzed in terms of characteristics and application scope.
