Author Guidelines

1. Instructions for Submission

1) Please confirm the originality of the results of the article, plagiarism and other undesirable phenomena are strictly prohibited. For borrowing the achievements of others, it is necessary to give the source of the achievement and the corresponding literature source, and distinguish it from the author's contribution in the text.

2) Please check the submission status of this achievement, and do not submit similar content to other journals, let alone multiple submissions for one manuscript. If you have already submitted your manuscript to other journals, please withdraw your manuscript to the relevant journal before submitting it to this journal, and explain the relevant situation to the editor of this journal.

3) Please check the signature of the article (that is, the main responsible person of the result and the affiliation to which it belongs) and the order, especially for the cooperation project, the signature of the author and the affiliation must be carefully considered to avoid intellectual property disputes. The affiliation in the author's signature generally refers to the affiliation to which the result belongs, rather than the school or work affiliation where the author submits the manuscript.

4) Please confirm that the content of the article is not classified, and does not damage national sovereignty and interests. The submission and revision of doctoral/master students should be approved by the supervisor, and the supervisor must be the corresponding author. Tutors are obliged to help students improve the revision of the manuscript as much as possible from the aspects of science, logic and readability, and are also responsible for strictly checking the academic ethics involved in the manuscript.

5) The journal has the right to make textual revisions to the manuscript. If you do not agree with the revision, please indicate in the manuscript.

6) The contributing author must be the corresponding author, representing all signed authors. Please attach the most convenient contact number and E-mail when submitting your manuscript. When the author's personal information or communication method changes, please notify the journal to make revisions in time to ensure that the remuneration and journals are delivered accurately.

2. Submission Process

Please click "Author Login" to submit your manuscript. If this is your first time using the system, please follow the on-screen instructions to register a new account, and then submit your manuscript through the online system. 3. Requirement for Content and Format

Articles should demonstrate scientific rigor, innovation, and practical value at the academic level. Arguments must be clear, data reliable, reasoning thorough, language fluent, structure well-organized, logic strong, and wording standardized. The full text should preferably not exceed 8,000 words (including figures and tables). Please find the "Paper Format Template" at “Submission Guidelines”, which provides detailed requirements for content elements and layout specifications for convenient use.

1) Chinese and English titles: Titles should be simple, appropriate, clear, and accurately summarize the main content of the paper. They must meet the requirements of brevity, clarity, retrievability, and specificity.

2) Author names and affiliations (no more than six authors are recommended) in Chinese and English: The first author should be listed first, followed by the others in order. The format for affiliations is: full name of the institution, name of the province and city, and postal code. If multiple authors are affiliated with different institutions, the names, institutions, and postal codes for each should be clearly indicated.

3) The Chinese and English abstracts should be written in the third person and be an independent short text containing the main information equivalent to that in the paper, which generally should include four elements: objective, methods, results, and conclusion. Electric Power Construction requires a structured abstract format; specific requirements and examples can be found under “Submission Guidelines” — “Abstract Requirements.”

4) The Chinese and English keywords (4 to 8) are mainly used for literature retrieval, selected from commonly accepted terms where possible. The scope should be appropriate to the field and reflect the characteristics and content of the article.

5) The CLC Number should be assigned according to the Chinese Library Classification Standard.

6) Funding from provincial-level or higher projects may be acknowledged in the manuscript. However, please review carefully to avoid duplicate funding applications. The number of funding projects acknowledged should not exceed three, and both the project numbers and titles should be provided.

7) Introduction: The introduction should cover the significance of the research, the progress made by previous studies, the focus of the current study, and the key problems to be addressed.

8) Quantities, units, and figures: Characters in the text and formulas (including numbers, Greek letters, English letters, and Roman letters) should have clear usage of upper case, lower case, subscripts, or superscripts with explained meanings. Letters representing vectors and matrices should be in boldface. Text, variables, units, and numbers in figures and tables should be clear. Figures and tables must have both Chinese and English titles, with the physical quantities and their units labeled on the axes.

9) References should be numbered in the order they first appear in the text and indicated by superscript numbers in square brackets at the place of citation. All references must be cited in the main text (not in the title) and arranged in natural order. Please format the reference list according to the national standard GB/T 7714—2015.

10) Author biographies: For all authors, the name, year of birth, gender, education, professional title, and research interests or work field should be provided. The corresponding author should have email and telephone contact information.

4. Academic Ethics Detection

This journal currently uses the CNKI Academic Ethics Detection System AMLC (https://check.cnki.net/amlc) to conduct academic misconduct detection. We will conduct relevant investigations on suspicious problems detected by the software. If any academic misconduct such as plagiarism is found, the relevant manuscripts will be returned; if published, if it is found that the article has academic misconduct, the published article will be withdrawn, and the author's affiliation and relevant institutions will be notified.

5. Manuscript Processing Process

1) Submission

Completely fill in the relevant information of the manuscript, read and agree to the academic ethics statement and copyright agreement, and submit the manuscript.

2) Peer-review

The editorial board will complete the preliminary review of the manuscript within 5 working days. Then the peer-review (double-blind) will be completed within 20 working days, and feedback the comprehensive review comments. If the manuscript needs to be revised, the contributing author should upload the revised manuscript, revision instructions and other attachments within 5 working days after receiving the notification, otherwise the manuscript will be regarded as withdrawn. If there are special circumstances, please contact the responsible editor in time.

3) Typesetting and proofreading

After the author receives the proof sample to be confirmed, please complete the confirmation within 3 working days.

Hint:

◆ Tip 1: If you upload more than one attachment, you can pack and compress multiple files before uploading.

◆ Tip 2: If the manuscript contains complex and high-resolution illustrations, the original image can be uploaded as an attachment, which is convenient for reviewers to review and subsequent typesetting.

6 Open Access Statement

This journal is an open access journal, and all content is immediately available for free to readers upon publication. This journal follows the BOAI definition of open access.

7 Copyright Policy

If the manuscript is accepted and published, the relevant copyright royalties (including electronic publications) shall be paid by our journal in one lump sum. Therefore, submission means that the author voluntarily authorizes the following rights of the article within the copyright protection period to the editorial board: reproduction right, digital reproduction right, distribution right, distribution right in the form of digital products (including CD-ROM, Internet), compilation right, digitalization right compilation rights, translation rights, information network dissemination rights and exclusive rights of layout design, and the above rights can be sub-licensed to third parties for use. The author no longer allows others to obtain the above rights of the article in any form, but the author himself can cite (or translate) part of the content of the paper in his subsequent works or compile it in the author's non-journal corpus.

8 Content License

All articles published in this journal have obtained the exclusive publishing rights of the article, allowing others to download the article, and share the article with others under the condition of specifying the author's name, work name, and publishing journal, but not in any form, alter the article or destroy its integrity, or use the article for commercial purposes. This publication is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-Non-Commercial-No Derivatives (CC BY-NC-ND) license.

9 Fee Description

The journal does not charge any publication fee, page fee, review fee, and no fee is charged for submission and publication to the journal. The journal will issue remuneration to authors of published articles and review fees to reviewers. Remuneration and review fees will be distributed to authors and reviewers within one month of publication.
