Abstract:

Numerical simulation is conducted on the performances of turbine stage with labyrinth diaphragm seal and labyrinth diaphragm seal with lateral teeth respectively and some parameters are obtained such as the turbine efficiency, the main aerodynamic parameter and the leakage flow. The paper analyzes the influences of two different gland seal structures on the turbine stage, and the flow condition of seal flow field.
