Abstract

High frequency problem occurs when the local power network is disconnected from the main power network. Based on this, the dynamic process of frequency in the local power network is simulated, and the high-frequency cutting machine schemes are analyzed. It is found that the cutting approach is of great significance to the frequency recovery of local power network, that provides a reliable basis for dealing with such incidents.
