Based on smart grid, the information flow of distribution network and the intelligent information technology are analysed. Based on the multi-agent, information hierarchies of distribution network are unified and various sub-resources of distribution network are integrated relying on the network technical architecture of Web Services. The architecture of a multi-centre information system of distribution network is established and the functions of the centres are introduced. The intelligent information system provides a workable solution to the building of distribution network.
