Material Management Model and Engineering Practice of Qinghai-Tibet AC/DC Interconnection Project

Abstract

At present, Qinghai-Tibet interconnection project is the highest and largest plateau power transmission project with the longest line through the permafrost zone in the world, which needs strong material support during construction process. In order to solve various problems of material support, this paper innovation built a material support mechanism for plateau power engineering through the innovation of management model. According to the theory of project management and matrix management model, the exploration and practice for the material support mechanism and project management were completed successfully in Qinghai-Tibet interconnection project.
