Hoisting Technology of Heating Surface for 1 000 MW Ultra-Supercritical Tower Boiler in Xinmi Power Plant

Abstract

Taking 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical tower boiler in Xinmi Power Plant as an example, this paper introduces hoisting technology for tower boiler with suspension structure. From three aspects of heating surface combination, hoisting machine configuration and hoisting sequence, the characteristics of tower boiler hoisting are also summarized, in order to provide references for the hoisting of similar boiler’s heating surface.
