The key hoisting technology for DG3110／26.15-Ⅱ1 once-through boiler of 2×1 000 MW units in the third stage extension project of Qinbei Power Plant is introduced in this paper. According to the boiler parameters, arrangement mode, and considering own mechanical resource of hoisting and process, safety, quality and cost in construction, a reasonable hoisting scheme is suggested, including the steel frame and heating surface components, which has been proved with beneficial effect. The experience also has referencial significance to the same type boiler hoisting.
